OVNF Flavors Distributor Program in New Hampshire: Field Notes from the Trade Desk

Compliance paperwork for New Hampshire imports

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.

Sample evaluation should mirror real trading conditions: open the carton, check sealing and labeling, test draw and vapor, then compare flavor against the reference profile the desk provides.

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

Independent reports are available on request: FCC documentation, transport test results and material safety data accompany orders where destination regulation requires them. If your market needs a specific filing, tell us before production and we confirm in writing rather than discovering the gap at customs.

Finished units are coded by production date and line, foil-sealed or blister-packed, and grouped into inner trays. The coding is what makes end-to-end traceability possible — every returned unit can be traced back to the exact batch of cells and e-liquid.

Storage and shelf life at your New Hampshire warehouse

Shelf life is typically 18 to 24 months from production under proper conditions, and every master carton carries the batch date. We ship fresh production rather than aged stock, which gives retailers the full selling window and makes seasonal planning straightforward.

Retail display units should stay in their sealed trays until sale. Opened stock should be merchandised upright, away from heat sources and strong light. Stores that follow this routine report virtually zero leak or dry-hit complaints across the ovnf flavors range.
