OVNF Flavors Trade Terms Notes for Italy Trade Buyers

Timing orders around the production calendar

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

First orders from Italy rarely need to be large. A mixed ovnf flavors carton starting at 1,000 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.

Cartons for ovnf flavors are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

Freight options from Shenzhen to Italy

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Hong Kong, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 12 to 18 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Yantian and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Storage and shelf life at your Italy warehouse

Retail display units should stay in their sealed trays until sale. Opened stock should be merchandised upright, away from heat sources and strong light. Stores that follow this routine report virtually zero leak or dry-hit complaints across the ovnf flavors range.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Italy trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Quality control before anything leaves the factory

Pre-shipment inspection draws an AQL sample from the finished ovnf flavors run, testing draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and seal integrity. The report accompanies the shipping confirmation, along with loading photographs.

Automated filling and sealing controls dosage precision and prevents the leakage that plagues cheap wholesale stock. Devices then pass through draw-activation testing, airflow calibration and visual checks before batching.

The fastest route to a live number is a message with quantity and destination. Those two details let the desk return ovnf flavors unit pricing, freight options and stock positions for Italy in a single reply - usually within hours.
